Delete Account Request

Are you sure you want to permanently delete your Triple F account?

Please review the following terms:

• 90-Day Grace Period: Your account and profile will be immediately deactivated and hidden from all players, clubs, scouts, and visitors.
• Account Reactivation: You can cancel this request and reactivate your account at any time by simply logging back in within 90 days.
• Permanent Deletion: After the 90 days expire, all your personal data, media, highlight videos, documents, messages, and coexistence requests will be permanently purged from our servers and cannot be recovered.
• Legal Compliance: In compliance with applicable laws, certain financial transaction records may be retained strictly for auditing and regulatory obligations.

Account & Data Deletion Policy (Triple F)

At Triple F, users have full control over their personal data and account lifecycle:

• In-App Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their account directly inside the app via Settings → Delete Account.
• Retention Period & Grace Window: Upon submitting a deletion request, the account enters a 90-day grace period. During this period, the user's profile and content are hidden from the platform. The user may restore their account at any time by logging in.
• Purged Data: After 90 days, all personal identifiers, user profiles (Player, Coach, Scout, Agent, Club), uploaded highlight videos, verification documents, chat messages, and invitations are permanently deleted from our databases.
• Retained Data: Basic financial and audit transaction logs may be retained as mandated by relevant financial regulations.
• Web Deletion Request: Users who uninstalled the app may also request account deletion by emailing info@triplef.me or visiting triple-f.app/delete-account.
